PROS

It also takes a number of seconds after fliping to your iPod for the sound to "catch up" to the existing speaker volume.

The sound is lovely first rate. Forget deep, rich bass that others describe. Sounds better than most "mini-speakers" programs, though. Sounds like a small boom-box. At least the sounds are neatly balanced and articulated, now not muddy or distorted.
It can also get beautiful loud. Surprisingly, the bass response appears better at excessive quantity levels.
The seem to be of the cool, color changing cube is superior. It has three modes:
